Fridge Warm, Freezer Cold: the Fault Almost Everyone Reads Wrong

Because the freezer still makes cold, some people conclude the appliance is basically healthy. Because the fresh-food side is warm, others conclude the refrigerant has leaked. Both readings send you to the wrong repair, and the second one is the expensive mistake.
