How our coverage is organised

The site has three layers and it is worth thirty seconds to understand which one you want, because the deeper you go the more specific the page gets.

1. What we repair, nationally

One page per appliance, covering the failure list, what each repair costs and what is worth fixing: appliance repair overview, refrigerator, washer, dryer, oven and range, dishwasher, cooktop, freezer, ice maker, microwave, range and stove, vent hood, garbage disposal and commercial equipment. Start here if you know the appliance and not the area.

2. Metro areas

Nine metros, each with its own page per appliance. This is the layer listed above on this page, and it is the right level for most people: scheduling, coverage and the faults that are common to that region.

3. Cities with their own page

Inside Tampa Bay and Greater Houston, twenty-nine cities have a full set of their own pages under locations, and ten more towns have a single page each in this section, each written for that town rather than assembled from a template: its own water supply, its own housing stock, its own utility and the faults that actually come out of them. Twenty-nine city pages under locations, the ten town pages listed above and nine metros are the whole of it, and every one of them is a real page with local detail rather than a name swapped into a template. If your address is not in that list it does not mean we do not come to you, only that we have not written a page for it yet.

Forty-nine towns sit a level below the metros above and have a page of their own here, written on what is actually different about that town: its water utility and whether it softens, its housing stock, and the faults that follow from both. Sarasota and its coast run as their own metro, with a hub at appliance repair in Sarasota.

Which number to call

Two lines, split by state. (863) 474-2970 covers Florida and is the general number for everywhere else. (281) 205-1474 covers Texas. Either one reaches a dispatcher who can book the visit, and technicians call ahead about 30 minutes before arriving.

Same-day and next-day appointments are available across the service area. A refrigerator or freezer losing temperature gets priority over everything else, so if food is at risk, call rather than booking online.

What every visit includes, wherever you are

The terms do not change by city. The diagnostic is $99 and is waived when you approve the repair. You get a written price for the named repair before any work starts. Every completed job carries a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, and if the same fault comes back inside that window we return at no charge. Parts that fail most often ride on the van, so the majority of jobs finish on the first visit, and where a control board or sealed-system part has to be ordered we tell you the wait before you commit.
