Start with your town. We keep three levels of local pages, and the one you want depends on how specific your address is. Town pages are written for a single community and carry its own ZIP codes, its own housing and water notes and its own pricing. Metro pages cover a whole urban area for the towns that do not have their own page yet. State hubs list everything in that state in one view. All three link to each other, so you can start anywhere.

How Our Location Pages Work

Three levels, and it is worth thirty seconds to know which one answers your question.

🏘️Town pages
The most specific level. One community per page, with its ZIP codes, the faults we see most in that housing stock, local water notes and prices for that area. There are 57 of them across Florida and Texas.
🗺️Metro pages
A whole urban area on one page, covering the towns and suburbs around it. If your address sits inside one of these metros we service it, whether or not your town has its own page. There are 10.
🏷️State hubs
Every town and every ZIP code in that state in one list, grouped by metro. Use these when you want to scan for your ZIP code rather than guess at a town name.

Florida Towns and ZIP Codes

Metro Areas We Cover

Common Questions About Coverage

My town is not listed. Do you still cover me?
Very likely, yes. Town pages exist for the communities where we do enough work to write something specific about the local housing and water, and that is a smaller list than our service area. Check the ZIP lists above first, because they are wider than the town pages. After that, check whether your address sits inside one of the ten metro areas. If it does, we service it. If you are still not sure, call and we will tell you straight away rather than sending somebody who cannot reach you.
What is the difference between a town page and a metro page?
Specificity. A town page covers one community: its ZIP codes, the faults we see most in that housing stock, the local water, and pricing for that area. A metro page covers a whole urban area for the towns that do not have their own page yet, so it is broader and less specific. Both book the same technicians at the same prices. If your town has its own page, start there, because the diagnosis notes will be closer to what is actually in your kitchen.
Which phone number should I call?
Florida and everything else is (863) 474-2970. Texas has its own line, (281) 205-1474, and it is on every Texas page. Either number reaches a person who can book you, so if you call the wrong one nothing bad happens. Booking online works for both and takes about a minute.
Do prices differ between towns?
The diagnostic is $99 everywhere and it is waived when you approve the repair. Repair prices are quoted per job after the diagnosis, and the ranges published on each town page reflect what that specific area actually pays, which is why they are not identical from page to page. You get the fault, the part, the price and the timeline before any work starts.
How many ZIP codes do you actually cover?
99 in Florida across 30 towns, and 74 in Texas across 19 towns as listed on the Texas hub. On top of that the ten metro areas cover a great many more addresses than we have ZIP lists for, because a metro page is drawn around a city rather than enumerated code by code.
Can you come today?
Often, and it depends on where you are and what time you call. Same-day and next-day appointments are the norm rather than the exception across both states, and the common failure parts for all six appliances are stocked on the van so most jobs finish on the first visit. Book online or call and we will tell you the real window rather than a hopeful one.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators and freezers, washing machines, dryers including the vent work, ovens, ranges and cooktops, dishwashers and ice makers. Every town page links to a dedicated page for each of those, written for that town. If you have something less common, call and ask rather than assuming, because the answer is often yes.
